Experience
Identified user needs to design experiences that will help a user achieve their goal on internal and external products. I got to collaborate with the engineering team to ideate and brainstorm product features that would be intuitive for the user. Deliverables include wireframes (high and low fidelity), prototypes and presentations. I also worked on scaling the product across different platforms like iOS, android, web and voice platforms.
